Tasks

• Apply patch and security changes and monitor patch compliance
• Conduct incident management and lead resolution of complex cross technology incidents
• Conduct performance capacity and security audit analysis for planned changes
• Ensure CMDB entries are complete and accurate
• Execute disaster recovery planning and conduct DR tests
• Lead escalation management and participate in formal escalations
• Perform firmware and storage management troubleshooting
• Perform installation ongoing management monitoring troubleshooting and deinstallation
• Perform problem management with trend and root cause analysis
• Prepare review implement rollback and test change records with risk and impact analysis
• Provide operate admin and consulting support for storage infrastructure
• Reproduce issues and provide timely responses
• Resolve customer incidents via phone email or remote sessions
