Storage & Backup + Monitoring Automation Tech Lead
Tasks
- Conduct regular reviews of monitoring data and automation effectiveness
- Develop automation scripts and workflows for IT operations
- Ensure data retention regulatory compliance
- Ensure real time system health performance security visibility
- Ensure secure decommissioning of end of life hardware
- Integrate monitoring and automation with incident and reporting systems
- Lead deployment configuration and optimization of monitoring tools
- Lead storage and backup platform lifecycle management
- Maintain and improve backup disaster recovery processes
- Manage vendor relationships and third party support
- Mentor L2 analysts
- Oversee alerting reporting and escalation processes
- Oversee incident response troubleshooting and documentation
- Provide technical leadership across storage backup monitoring automation
- Review storage utilization backup success recovery readiness
- Support audits governance and SLA compliance
