Tasks
- Automate storage using Ansible Terraform and REST APIs
- Build storage solutions for VMware and Kubernetes
- Configure cloud tiered storage
- Deploy and operate SAN NAS and object storage
- Design enterprise storage platforms
- Implement data protection and ransomware protection
- Implement replication, snapshot, and backup strategies
- Lead storage upgrades firmware lifecycle and security patching
- Manage storage performance capacity planning and cost
- Operate Ceph clusters
- Optimize storage cost with deduplication compression and tiering
- Provide storage observability for capacity performance and health
- Troubleshoot storage issues across array network and host layers
