Tasks
- Collaborate with transportation and shipping teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action
- Coordinate dock schedules and carrier arrivals
- Drive productivity inventory accuracy order accuracy and service levels
- Enforce safety policies and operational procedures
- Ensure GMP and food safety compliance
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Lead inbound and outbound shipping receiving operations
- Maintain audit ready staging and fulfillment areas
- Manage picking packing and shipping
- Monitor workflow and remove operational bottlenecks
- Oversee receiving unloading inspection put away
- Partner with inventory control on discrepancies
- Plan workforce and control labor costs
- Supervise coach and develop associates
- Support onboarding and training for new hires and seasonal workers
- Use operational dashboards for shift huddles
