- Assist WMS system setup data entry and documentation
- Coordinate mail distribution
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and Recruiting
- Coordinate random drug screenings
- Coordinate safety and compliance training
- Coordinate with internal teams and carriers
- Identify track and evaluate continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update warehouse management systems WMS
- Maintain office and operational supply inventories
- Manage phone and email communications
- Present findings to management
- Process customer service inquiries
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve efficiency
- Schedule orientation for new hires
- Support KPI development tracking and reporting
- Support inspections and compliance activities
- Track claims and investigate noncompliant shipments
- Track payroll attendance and billing records
