Tasks
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Coordinate order processing inventory allocation picking packing and shipping
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and 3PLs
- Ensure FIFO inventory compliance
- Ensure SOP compliance across fulfillment operations
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Manage transportation exceptions and escalate issues
- Monitor order status and resolve delays
- Oversee cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Oversee end to end order execution
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports
- Supervise and train fulfillment team members
- Support WMS and ERP systems enhancements
- Track and report KPIs for order accuracy inventory accuracy on time delivery order cycle time
- Track shipments and ensure on time delivery
