- Build automation tools for billing operations
- Build metrics monitors and alarms
- Collaborate with development teams to improve billing experience
- Conduct mitigations and deep dives to find root causes
- Develop self healing mechanisms and remediation workflows
- Ensure high availability and performance
- Implement generative AI solutions for incident handling
- Implement preventive measures and process improvements
- Maintain incident documentation
- Monitor system health and detect performance degradation
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform root cause analysis for repeated incidents
- Prioritize and resolve systemic issues
- Provide technical support for billing applications
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Use ai ml to predict and prevent system issues
