Tasks
- Build automation tools to reduce manual intervention
- Build metrics monitors and alarms using in house tools
- Collaborate with development and partner teams to improve billing experience
- Conduct technical mitigations and deep dives to identify root causes
- Develop self healing mechanisms and automated remediation workflows
- Ensure high availability and performance of billing budgeting payment systems
- Implement generative ai solutions and intelligent agents for incident handling
- Implement preventive measures and process improvements from incident trends
- Maintain incident documentation and resolution history
- Monitor system health and detect performance degradation
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents
- Prioritize and resolve systemic issues affecting customer experience
- Provide technical support for billing applications
- Troubleshoot and debug complex distributed systems
- Use ai ml to predict and prevent system issues
