Lead Bioinformatician/Engineer (Pipelines and Infrastructure)
Tasks
- Build testing monitoring and alerting for compute failures
- Collaborate with science and data science leads for production pipeline handoff
- Develop internal tooling to reduce manual work
- Improve reliability reproducibility and observability
- Manage AWS infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Own WDL workflows on AWS Batch and AWS HealthOmics
- Provide first line review of pipeline changes
- Review and test agent written code
- Support triage of production issues
- Transition workflows from WDL to Nextflow
- Use coding agents for implementation code review investigation and triage
