Systems Administration Senior Associate - Public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Tasks
- Communicate during incidents and outages
- Escalate complex issues to level 2 or level 3
- Generate operational reports and dashboards
- Log and prioritize incidents and service requests
- Maintain SLA compliance
- Maintain incident resolution and procedure records
- Maintain system uptime
- Manage user access IAM roles and permissions
- Monitor alerts for performance availability and security
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services
- Perform first level troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide timely customer status updates
- Respond to alerts and perform basic root cause analysis
- Run basic health checks and system validations
- Support cloud resource provisioning and de provisionings
- Update knowledge base articles
- Use monitoring tools to track system health
