Systems Administration Senior Associate - Public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Tasks
- Escalate complex issues
- Generate operational reports and dashboards
- Log and prioritize incidents and requests
- Maintain SLA compliance during incidents
- Maintain incident and resolution records
- Manage user access IAM roles and permissions
- Monitor alerts for performance availability and security
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services
- Perform basic health checks
- Provide first-level troubleshooting
- Provide timely customer status updates
- Respond to alerts and take corrective actions
- Support basic provisioning and de provisioning
- Update knowledge base articles
