Staff Storage Platform Engineer (AI Storage) - Radian Arc
Tasks
- Contribute to distributed storage platforms including object distributed file and block storage
- Design scalable storage architectures for edge and core GPU deployments
- Design storage architectures for distributed inference token generation and KV cache persistence
- Engineer high performance storage to GPU data paths
- Implement and maintain CSI integrations for multi tenant storage
- Improve storage observability automation runbooks and day 2 operations
- Integrate block object and shared file storage into Kubernetes
- Lead storage benchmarking capacity planning and performance investigations
- Mentor engineers and set architectural standards for AI storage platforms
- Optimize storage for distributed training fine tuning and inference workloads
- Own storage initiatives end to end from architecture validation to production rollout
- Run incident response and root cause analysis for storage reliability issues
