Sr. Tech AI/ML Product Manager - Job Hunt Engine

Tasks

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
• Communicate ML concepts and align on tradeoffs and progress
• Decompose ambiguous problems and prioritize key work
• Define AI ML product vision strategy and roadmap
• Define data requirements and evaluation frameworks
• Design and run experimentation and validation cycles
• Own product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists on model monitoring and delivery
• Perform A B testing shadow model and phased rollout decisions
• Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and solutions
