- Collaborate with families providers and care teams
- Ensure therapeutic goals and medical necessity
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Guide consumers in developing mental health coping skills
- Maintain HIPAA documentation standards
- Maintain Joint Commission documentation standards
- Maintain OSHA documentation standards
- Maintain professional development
- Meet timeliness standards for notes assessments and service plans
- Mentor new therapists
- Modify treatment based on consumer progress
- Participate in team meetings and cross-department collaboration
- Provide evidence based group counseling
- Provide evidence based individual counseling
- Provide licensure supervision
- Provide therapy coverage as needed
- Refer consumers to community resources
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance
- Serve as clinical backup for supervisors
- Support therapy supervisors with administrative tasks
- Train and mentor new therapists
