Team Lead Enrollment and Billing
Tasks
- Approve timecards and overtime
- Coach mentor and develop staff
- Conduct audits data preparation
- Develop metrics for trending and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee enrollment and billing production deadlines
- Report daily weekly monthly production status
- Resolve escalated member issues
- Run weekly and monthly staff meetings
- Update job aides and policies and procedures
