Technical Delivery Manager
Tasks
- Advise senior client stakeholders on roadmaps
- Balance staffing levels across accounts and regions
- Collaborate with architects engineers and site reliability operations teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation
- Create accelerators and reusable assets
- Define managed services standards playbooks and frameworks
- Deliver projects on time within scope and within budget
- Develop incident management and change management best practices
- Drive process optimization and knowledge sharing
- Lead and motivate client technical teams
- Lead major incident response and coordination
- Maintain production readiness through documentation and communication
- Mentor architects engineers and operations team members
- Own delivery and operational excellence for modern data platforms
- Translate requirements into epics stories and tasks
