Technical Lab Manager - Robotics R&D, Frontier AI & Robotics
Tasks
- Assemble integrate robotic hardware
- Author technical documentation and runbooks
- Build assembly processes and test protocols
- Conduct failure analysis from component to system
- Develop test methodologies and HIL testing
- Lead cross functional robotics technician team
- Manage lab operations machine shop equipment and inventory
- Oversee mechanical design technician output
- Own DFM and DFA feedback
- Troubleshoot root cause across power compute comms and actuators
- Validate hardware revisions and bring up prototypes
