Technical Lead Embedded Software Engineering
Tasks
- Architect firmware integrated with custom hardware and sensors
- Debug complex system issues and determine root cause
- Develop and maintain device drivers and communication stacks
- Ensure real time performance reliability and safety requirements are met
- Establish best practices and document software processes
- Lead embedded firmware design and development
- Lead technical design reviews and roadmap planning
- Mentor engineers on embedded architecture and debugging
- Review schematics and PCB layouts for firmware integration risks
- Write and review RTOS based firmware
