Tasks
- Align migration goals with business strategy
- Apply AI literacy and prompt engineering for task automation
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate go live migration outcomes
- Coordinate with global delivery partners
- Develop and execute delivery plans
- Drive AI agent and automation toolkit adoption
- Facilitate enablement sessions
- Lead end to end customer migration engagements
- Maintain accountability for output quality
- Monitor technical trends and recommend releases
- Own technical delivery and project health
- Serve as subject matter expert for a cloud domain
- Serve as technical point of contact during migration incidents
- Translate field insights into product improvements
