- Develop production tracking tools with Excel and automation
- Ensure editing quality assurance and asset delivery
- Improve production workflows reporting and operational efficiency
- Manage project budgets investigate variances resolve cost queries
- Manage speech and voice production projects
- Prepare and maintain cost estimates
- Prepare and manage production scripts and session materials
- Review client vendor and talent agreements
- Source partner studios support commercial negotiations
- Track recording progress script updates and deliverables
- Translate client briefs into budgets schedules and plans
