Tasks
- Analyze and optimize system performance
- Build and optimize virtualization components
- Collaborate to deliver scalable infrastructure
- Debug complex issues across storage virtualization networking and operating system layers
- Design distributed fault tolerant storage systems
- Develop block and filesystem storage solutions
- Implement high throughput networking between virtual machines and storage
- Implement replication consensus self healing and data migration
- Participate in technical design architecture decisions and code reviews
- Perform testing and continuous improvement
- Write production quality fault tolerant performance focused code
