Tasks
- Architect ML platform with feature store and model registry
- Automate data quality checks and statistical model validation
- Automate deployment using PR driven workflows
- Build standardized service patterns for model deployment
- Design data drift and concept drift monitoring
- Enable continuous training foundations with drift monitoring
- Establish SLOs and observability for ML systems
- Implement ML specific CI CD pipelines
- Own production ML reliability and performance
- Reduce cost and latency through optimization
