Senior Staff - IT Data Engineering and Analytics
Tasks
- Build and enhance market risk credit risk and liquidity risk applications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high quality software delivery
- Define technical architecture coding standards and engineering best practices
- Deliver real time and batch risk processing systems
- Design APIs and integration frameworks for data processing
- Drive Agile delivery practices and sprint planning
- Drive modernization initiatives cloud migration microservices and event driven architectures
- Ensure compliance with SOX internal audits and incident governance
- Ensure platform stability reliability and performance
- Implement monitoring observability and automated support capabilities
- Lead and mentor software engineers
- Lead design development and support enterprise scale risk technology platforms
- Lead production incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to translate risk requirements into scalable solutions
