Sr Associate Data Analytics
Tasks
- Analyze financial workforce operational and transformation data
- Build decision ready insights and dashboards
- Build maintain and enhance analytical datasets and data models
- Create automated data extraction transformation validation and reconciliation workflows
- Create structured prompt templates for finance analysis
- Develop AI enabled workflows for productivity and scenario analysis
- Develop finance and workforce analytics
- Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses
- Document enable and train users on analytics automation and AI workflows
- Implement validation controls for AI outputs
- Partner with finance transformation FPandA and business stakeholders
- Perform data quality checks and reconciliation logic
- Support LLM powered applications and analytical tools
- Translate business requirements into governed analytics solutions
- Use SQL and Python to clean transform and visualize data
