• Apply updates patches and security enhancements
• Collaborate with remote IT teams vendors and stakeholders
• Configure manage and troubleshoot Cisco and Juniper network devices
• Configure manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems
• Document installations repairs maintenance and performance
• Implement and maintain security protocols
• Install configure and maintain servers and hardware
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on site
• Travel to data center locations on short notice
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
