- Apply patch and security management
- Collaborate with teams to diagnose complex issues
- Conduct performance and capacity analysis
- Execute change management rollback and test
- Maintain case documentation and SLA metrics
- Manage configuration management database entries
- Manage incident escalations
- Perform problem management root cause analysis
- Plan install configure monitor troubleshoot storage systems
- Provide consulting support for storage issues
- Provide operate and admin support for storage infrastructure
- Reproduce issues in house and respond timely
- Resolve customer issues via phone email or remote sessions
