Fulfillment Coordinator

Tasks
- Coordinate and monitor shipment of allocated items
- Coordinate with distribution centers for timely purchase order shipments
- Enter and maintain pricing and product specifications
- Initiate order changes or cancellations
- Maintain system code files and customer profiles
- Manage dating terms and promotional programs on purchase orders
- Maximize order fill rates
- Monitor advertisement order activity
- Perform stock commitment process
- Process purchase orders from receipt to shipment
- Provide item order and shipment information for planning and forecasting
- Research and resolve order and shipment problems
- Serve as primary contact for accounts and sales managers
