Senior AI/ML Engineer-Conversational AI Engineer
Primary location: Hyderabad, Telangana
INR 4000K-5000K (estimate) Senior-level Full Time
Tasks
- Build and deploy voice bots and chatbots
- Create real time voice interaction and escalation workflows
- Deliver iterative releases in Agile Scrum
- Design intents entities flows and multi turn conversations
- Develop AI powered conversation flows and automations
- Enable observability using logging and monitoring
- Ensure low latency high availability and seamless human handoff
- Implement CI CD automated testing and DevOps pipelines
- Implement voice first capabilities using STT and TTS
- Integrate bots with CCaaS platforms for call routing IVR automation and agent handoff
- Integrate conversational agents with backend systems via APIs and webhooks
- Manage model lifecycle including training deployment monitoring and tuning
- Optimize bots using analytics logs and feedback loops
