Head of Data Analytics (12 month FTC)
Tasks
- Align insight and analytics functions
- Audit data gaps and define new data collection methods
- Build and mature data pipelines
- Champion data literacy across teams
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Coordinate with data engineering consultancies
- Create documentation and sustainable ways of working
- Create guidelines and rules for framework usage
- Deliver dashboards KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Design reporting review and evaluation process
- Develop forward looking data analytics plan
- Develop scalable data models and reporting structures
- Embed behaviour change framework and measurement system
- Establish data and analytics foundations for growth
- Lead and manage Data Analyst
- Manage analytics processes for decision making
- Own Azure data warehouse and Power BI environment
- Set baselines targets and milestones for OKRs
