Tasks
- Analyze contractor quotations and provide commercial comparisons
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and bid evaluations
- Conduct cost reporting and forecast final project costs
- Develop and maintain project cost plans and budgets
- Evaluate variations change orders and claims for electrical works
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation
- Monitor project costs and track budget performance
- Prepare bills of quantities and tender schedules
- Prepare monthly cost reports and management dashboards
- Prepare quantity take offs and cost estimates for electrical services
- Review electrical drawings specifications and design documentation for cost implications
- Review subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Support contract administration including progress claims and certified payments
- Support procurement of electrical systems and equipment
