- Build and deploy AI powered copilots and automations
- Communicate progress priorities and blockers to stakeholders
- Define requirements and translate business needs into technical specs
- Design candidate screening onboarding and policy QandA workflows
- Drive adoption and change management for AI tools
- Ensure HR data confidentiality and employment compliance
- Maintain roadmap of AI initiatives and measure impact
- Map and redesign HR workflows with AI
- Partner with AI systems and data engineers
