- Allocate resources manage risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders define scope and delivery roadmap
- Coordinate with engineering QA DevOps cloud and analytics teams
- Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint tracking
- Ensure implementation of data platforms dashboards and AI solutions
- Establish delivery best practices documentation and reporting
- Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Manage project planning execution and governance
- Mentor team leads and project teams
- Monitor project KPIs delivery quality and customer satisfaction
- Support pre sales activities estimates and proposal reviews
