Vice President Enrollment Mgmt & Student Success
Tasks
- Advise executive leadership on enrollment trends and student outcomes
- Build dashboards and performance metrics
- Develop and manage budgets for enrollment and student success programs
- Develop enrollment projections and forecasting models
- Direct recruitment outreach yield and marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and financial aid regulations
- Improve enrollment and student support processes
- Lead strategic enrollment management plan
- Manage student lifecycle from prospect through graduation
- Monitor KPIs for inquiries applications admits yield retention and persistence
- Oversee student enrollment services operations
- Use CRM systems and predictive analytics
