Tasks
- Advocate for customer needs in executive meetings
- Analyze and report CX metrics NPS CSAT and trends
- Configure digital analytics tools for accurate data collection
- Create customer experience vision and roadmap
- Define and monitor customer focused KPIs
- Define customer initiatives milestones and resources
- Drive CX innovation with new technologies and methodologies
- Educate stakeholders on analytics tools and capabilities
- Establish marketing econometrics channel performance and marketing efficiency KPIs
- Evaluate emerging analytics technologies and measurement approaches
- Govern customer journey ownership across stages
- Identify root causes and actionable insights
- Implement and manage digital data collection platforms
- Lead consumer and marketing analytics agenda
- Lead mentor and manage analytics team
- Lead multi touch attribution and marketing mix modeling
- Manage reporting forecasting and insights for growth retention and share of wallet
- Monitor GenAI impacts on analytics strategy
- Oversee data storytelling reporting and insights
- Partner with operations strategy and IT teams on VoC utilization
- Use voice of the customer programs to improve customer journey
