Vice President, Data Science
Tasks
- Build evaluation frameworks and experiment methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and stakeholders
- Conduct A B experimentation and causal inference
- Design composite model definitions and evaluations
- Develop and optimize production machine learning systems
- Direct AI and data science methodologies and experiments
- Drive large scale data collection labeling cleaning and curation
- Ensure responsible AI privacy safety and risk mitigation
- Evaluate and benchmark Large Language Models
- Evaluate and select AI agent architectural frameworks
- Fine tune models for dedicated tasks
- Lead and grow data science team
- Manage dataset versioning and data governance
- Mentor and develop data scientists
- Perform prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- Publish papers blog posts and present at conferences
- Run statistical analysis and performance measurement
