Tasks

• Contribute hands on to critical services and prototypes
• Design and review data and ML pipelines
• Drive backend and AI ML delivery
• Drive infrastructure deployment CI CD monitoring and reliability decisions
• Manage mentor and grow engineers and QA team
• Own system architecture and technical roadmap
• Partner with product business and other engineering teams for integration
• Plan prioritize and execute delivery commitments
• Productionize machine learning and AI pipelines
• Set and uphold engineering standards for quality testing and observability
