Tasks
- Apply Flat Field Correction
- Collaborate with hardware teams on image acquisition system integration
- Design and optimize image processing pipelines
- Drive end to end development from proof of concept to production ready systems
- Generate and use synthetic data for model training
- Implement image stacking algorithms and ROI processing
- Integrate deep learning frameworks into AI systems
- Lead architecture design and implementation of computer vision and AI algorithms for defect detection classification and measurement
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Test model quality and reliability using gage R and R and confusion matrix analysis
- Track KPIs and monitor solution reliability
