Tasks
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality
- Manage mortgage applications from acceptance to funding
- Manage pipeline deals and notifications
- Process and fund mortgage applications
- Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
- Respond to inquiries and resolve funding exceptions
- Share product knowledge and policy guidance
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance
