- Coordinate production and shipping schedules
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Implement continuous improvement automation and lean initiatives
- Integrate new technologies with IT and operations
- Lead daily warehouse operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts
- Manage bulk wholesale order fulfillment
- Manage receiving put away storage and inventory control
- Manage train and develop warehouse team
- Monitor SQDC KPIs
- Oversee picking packing and shipping
- Prevent stockouts and monitor inventory levels
- Schedule labor to meet demand
- Source vendors and manage local procurement
- Use WMS and ERP to track inventory and fulfillment
