Warehouse Manager - Operations & Systems Optimization
Tasks
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks
- Define KPIs and monitor performance
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety programs
- Gather requirements configure and test solutions
- Integrate WMS and ERP upgrades
- Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement
- Lead train and mentor warehouse staff
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Migrate data between systems
- Optimize slotting and picking workflows
- Oversee receiving storing picking packing and shipping
- Perform UAT and support go live
- Reduce shrinkage with inventory control
- Support OTIF performance with cross functional teams
