Senior Workforce Management & Data Analytics Specialist
Tasks
- Design and automate workforce dashboards and reports
- Identify workforce trends risks and capacity gaps
- Integrate data from forecasting time and attendance scheduling and operational systems
- Own workforce management analytics for forecasting capacity planning scheduling performance reporting
- Partner with operations leaders finance and technology to support staffing models and workforce strategies
- Standardize workforce metrics and definitions for governance
