- Build platform observability using OpenTelemetry
- Communicate platform architecture audit trails authorization controls to stakeholders
- Develop staffing plans hire retain develop engineering team
- Ensure AI platform reliability resilience scalability
- Establish platform service levels operating procedures runbooks on call incident response
- Implement AI safety and risk controls content filtering PII interception prompt shielding access management traceability
- Implement FinOps practices and cost center budget management
- Lead escalated platform issues and production reliability risk management
- Manage Azure AI Foundry platform lifecycle environments
- Manage Azure API Management gateway operations
- Manage model onboarding and lifecycle management
- Manage platform controls for security risk regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor delivery relationships and capability transitions
- Oversee gateway traffic management rate limiting identity integration model routing
- Oversee model and provider integration multi provider resiliency inference cost management
- Own enterprise AI platform strategy and operations
