Tasks
- Align roadmaps priorities and delivery across distributed teams
- Build and lead embedded engineering team in India
- Collaborate on production issues and system validation
- Contribute to next-generation platform design
- Define long term performance and capability strategies
- Define system architecture and product roadmaps
- Develop measurement validation and test systems
- Drive migration to scalable software architectures
- Enable production test and characterization tools
- Expand embedded control systems capabilities
- Lead embedded software development for new hardware platforms
- Lead platform ownership transition to India
- Lead system level debugging across interfaces and control systems
- Mentor engineers and drive knowledge transfer
- Modernize and refactor platform for scalability
- Own end to end software firmware hardware integration
- Own released product support for embedded system software
- Own system configuration calibration and platform optimizations
- Resolve defects and drive enhancements
- Support manufacturing readiness for production environments
