Technical Support Engineer - Informatica MDM
Tasks
- Act as single point of contact for critical customers
- Assist in team recruitment
- Contribute to online knowledge base
- Coordinate with QA and engineering teams
- Handle production incidents and escalations
- Manage complex customer support cases
