Tasks
- Apply causal inference for audience lift measurement
- Build scalable feature and inference pipelines on Databricks
- Champion MLOps best practices including versioning and retraining triggers
- Design ML feature engineering training evaluation deployment and monitoring
- Design and prototype agentic ML workflows
- Design offline and online experiment evaluation frameworks
- Develop and optimize machine learning models including gradient boosting and embeddings
- Establish feature store strategy including contracts backfills and freshness SLAs
- Implement drift detection and production monitoring with MLflow
- Lead end to end production ML system development
- Maintain reproducible auditable ML pipelines
- Make and document architectural decisions and trade offs
- Mentor ML engineers through reviews and design discussions
- Own flagship ML products and drive technical direction
- Partner with product marketing and ad sales to translate requirements into ML roadmaps
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding
- Use Databricks Genie for governed natural language analytics
- Use Snowflake Cortex for SQL acceleration and discovery
