Tasks
- Build automation for provisioning patching upgrades replication backup restore and compliance checks
- Conduct resiliency testing failover and DR validation
- Create and maintain runbooks escalation paths and operational procedures
- Drive RCA and implement preventative actions
- Implement observability and AIOps for telemetry correlation anomaly detection and incident workflows
- Lead incident response for storage outages and performance degradations
- Operate and enhance block file and object storage platforms
- Own SLOs SLI error budgets and on call readiness for storage services
- Partner with infrastructure network OS database and application teams
- Perform performance tuning capacity planning and lifecycle management
