People Analytics Lead
Tasks
- Build predictive and trend analyses for attrition hiring demand and workforce capacity
- Design and deliver leadership reports and presentations
- Develop HR dashboards reports and KPIs
- Ensure HR data integrity consistency accuracy governance
- Establish HR data governance for privacy security and compliance
- Identify and implement reporting automation
- Lead people analytics function and roadmap
- Maintain executive reporting for headcount turnover and retention
- Own HR reporting infrastructure and data from HRIS ATS performance and learning platforms
- Perform compensation benefits and reward analytics
- Recommend AI enabled people analytics innovations
- Support HR system improvements integrations and upgrades
- Translate workforce data into workforce insights and recommendations
