Tasks
- Coordinate substitutions and order changes
- Direct and support cashiers to optimize frontend checkout flow
- Ensure on time order completion
- Ensure speed accuracy and brand standards
- Lead daily execution of digital fulfillment orders
- Maintain operational consistency across digital platforms
- Partner with department teams for inventory and quality
