Enterprise Applications Engineer I
Tasks
- Analyze issues and develop practical solutions using best practices
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
- Contribute to scripts and workflow automation to reduce toil
- Contribute to solution design and architecture evaluation
- Identify AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
- Perform log analysis and root cause analysis
- Secure production systems and support security and compliance standards
- Share documentation runbooks and knowledge with the team
- Support backup restore and data retention procedures
- Support enterprise SaaS enhancements and integrations
- Support production incident triage troubleshooting and resolution
- Translate requirements into technical configurations for enterprise SaaS
