- Acknowledge and complete work orders within SLA
- Complete Corrigo work orders
- Complete health and safety hazard near miss reporting
- Complete reactive planned corrective work orders
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Coordinate specialist vendor service visits
- Ensure compliance with method statements and risk assessments
- Escalate ONWH alarm notifications
- Evaluate and escalate risks
- Inspect MEP assets
- Issue permits to work
- Lead electrical biased maintenance tasks
- Liaise with supply chain for M and E components
- Maintain plant rooms to site standards
- Manage shift handover reports
- Operate MEP systems
- Perform planned corrective reactive maintenance
- Produce site specific SOP MOP EOP
- Report work orders and spares usage
